Everyone is welcome to attend and listen to current and past Sagan/Michelson graduate student and postdoctoral fellows present their current or past research results and highlight many of their cutting-edge efforts. All interested parties are welcome to attend. The last Fellows Symposium was held in
November 2012.
There is no registration fee for the symposium, however we ask that all attendees to register for planning purposes. Click here to register and to submit your abstract (deadline for abstract submission is March 27).
The agenda is now posted! In addition to presentations by current and past Sagan and Michelson Fellows, we will have keynote presentations by Prof. Jill Tarter (SETI Institute) who will speak on how exoplanet science is affecting the search for extraterrestrial intelligence (SETI), and the JPL Mars Science Lab Project Scientist, Dr. Ashwyn Vasavada who will speak on recent results from Mars, including the methane detections that were announced in December 2014.
