The goal of the meeting is to ensure that the instrument teams, the project, and STScI work together so that JWST achieves its full potential in exoplanet science.

Meeting Location & Date: Tuesday-Thursday, March 11-13, 2014, Keith Spalding Building, Caltech
We will meet in conference room 410 the Keith Spalding Building at the California Institute of Technology. See campus map for building and parking locations. The Keith Spalding building is a pleasant 1.3 mile walk from the Sheraton where we have a room block reserved.
We will provide coffee and lunch on the first two days of the meeting and are asking meeting attendees to pay $20 per person per day to help defray these costs. Coffee will also be provided the third day but there will be no charge. Please visit an ATM before the meeting.
Parking:
To park on the Caltech campus, you must purchase a visitor parking permit at an automated pay station (see map) and abide by the Caltech parking regulations. Visitor permits may be purchased at the rate of $1 for the first hour, $2 for the second hour up to $6 per day. A $6 daily permit is valid through 5:00 pm on the day it is purchased. Visitors are required to display a permit if their vehicle is parked on campus between 7am-5pm, Mon-Fri. and can only park in commuter zones.
Hotel
We have reserved a room block at the Pasadena Sheraton (303 East Cordova Street, Pasadena, CA 91101; 626-449-4000). The room rate is the prevailing federal government allowable lodging rate of $133 per night.
