Workshop Venues on Campus Map (PDF)
The PROTO workshop and the Sagan Summer Workshop will take place on the campus of Caltech in the Baxter auditorium in Baxter Hall, shown on this campus map. Baxter auditorium is located on the second floor of Baxter Hall and the building should be entered from the south side of the building, near the lily pad pond.
The lunches with speakers will be held in rooms at the Hameetman student center, shown on this campus map. The poster sessions will be held outdoors under a tent next to Baxter Hall.
If you purchased the workshop dinners on Monday and Thursday, those will be held in the gardens outside Dabney Hall.
Information on parking on campus can be found here. We do not recommend parking in the streets surrounding campus since the spots are usually limited to a few hours.
We are not able to provide transportation to/from Caltech.
We have reserved a reduced-rate room block at the Pasadena Hotel at 928 East Colorado Blvd., less than a mile from Caltech.
