Speaker Information

Please bring your presentation on a USB stick to be loaded on a conference computer at Building 152. Signs will direct you to the audio visual staff at meeting site; talks must be loaded by the break before your presentation.

If you are presenting on the first day of the conference and can send your presentation in before you arrive, this will greatly facilitate the start of the week. Please email first day presentations to Marco Boldt, specifying the Kepler conference.

Mac and PC computers will be available to display presentations. Presentations will be pre-loaded onto these computers to facilitate a smooth meeting, and the recording of the talks. Supported presentation formats include Powerpoint (.ppt/.pptx), Acrobat (.pdf) and Keynote (.key). Note that animation or movie files should be loaded separately from the talk files and also tested well before your talk.

Maximum poster dimensions: 44" x 44" / 112 cm x 112 cm

Poster sessions will be held in Building 152 as will the plenary sessions.
