Registration
for this workshop is
free. Please register if you plan to attend the workshop so we
can get a headcount for internet, food, and the tour of the JPL bays.
Hotel
Reservations
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Sheraton Pasadena.
There are a limited number of government rate rooms within this block,
first come first served. The deadline to reserve your room at
these special rates is September 10.

Support
SIM Science Studies awardees should pay for their travel to this
workshop out of their funding awards.
General Workshop
Information
This
workshop will be geared toward supporting the newly selected SIM
Science Study Teams and the effective progress of their projects.
As well as presentations on the instrument performance and operation,
there will be talks on current plans from the SIM Science Team, and
opportunities for questions and answers. Each newly selected team
is also expected to give a short presentation on their project plans.
Each member of the SIM Science Studies teams is invited to
attend this kickoff workshop. Existing members of the SIM Science Team
are also invited to attend as well as any other interested party.
Threre is
no fee to register for this workshop.
