We have been notified that housing pirates have been contacting those registered. This is a scam and should be ignored. The only way to officially reserve rooms for the workshop is using the link above. Please read this piracy warning here.

Workshop Dinner, Coffee and Lunches (ordering site coming in June)

Due to NASA regulations we are not able to provide coffee to workshop attendees. There are options on campus and nearby to purchase coffee and we may also arrange for coffee delivery for a small fee. Additionally, we will arrange an ordering site for box lunches to be delivered to the workshop to facilitate the lunches with speakers. We are also planning a dinner for workshop attendees. More information and the ordering site will be available in early June, along with the sign up to have lunch with speakers.
